Refund policy

14-day refunds

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. Email support@fenty.games with your order number, or request it through paddle.net, where you can look up your order by email.

Our orders are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record, which issues refunds to your original payment method. Refunds usually arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

After a refund

A refund ends your license: please delete the plugin and its source code from your projects and repositories.

Upgrades

Moving from Personal to Professional or Team? You don't need a refund: contact us and pay only the difference.

No subscriptions

Every purchase is a one-time payment. There is nothing to cancel and you will not be charged again.
