Who is responsible

Fenty Games (trading as Fenty Studios) runs fenty.games and is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact us at support@fenty.games.

Buying from us

Payments are handled by our reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record. Paddle collects your payment details, name, email and billing address directly and processes them under its own privacy policy. We never see your card or bank details.

Paddle shares with us your email address, your Paddle customer ID and what you bought. We keep these to deliver your downloads, confirm your license and answer support requests, for as long as your license is in use and as required for our records.

Emailing us

If you email us, we use your email address and message to reply, and keep the conversation for future support.

Visiting the site

• Our host keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser and pages requested) to run and protect the site.
• Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address.
• Pricing and checkout load Paddle.js, which may set cookies needed for checkout and fraud prevention.
• We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies of our own. The only cookie we set is a sign-in cookie for the site owner's admin area.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it or to delete it (we may need to keep purchase records required by law). Email support@fenty.games. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
